Let’s go over some page viewing basics. Page analytics give you insight into where users are spending their time inside your product.
Date Range: the date range will also follow you throughout Pendo. As its name implies, it filters the data by a specific time period. There are predetermined values of today, yesterday, last 7 days, and last 30 days. You’re also able to specify custom date ranges if you desire.
Number of Visitors: curious which pages everyone (segment) has been using the most over the last 30 days (date range)? Click on the column header to sort the page data by the total number of unique visitors.
If you click on any of the pages in the list, you’ll see additional information for the page.
Details: includes additional information for the page such as Name, Group, rule(s), and Created by.
Number of Visitors: the number of unique visitors that have visited the page within the segment and date range specified at the top of the page.
Number of Accounts: The number of unique accounts that have visited the page within the segment and date range specified at the top of the page. For example: if two unique visitors from a single unique account visit the page, the total number of accounts would only increase by one.
Top Visitors: within the segment and date range specified, this list represents the top 10 visitors based on total page views.
Top Accounts: again, within the segment and date range specified, this represents the top 10 accounts (or less if 10 do not exist) based on total page views.
